The results of the voting on the guaranteed extra board proposal are as follows: 46 Total Votes   28 For 14 Against 4 Not returned by deadline (1 for, 3 against) Therefore, the proposal was ratified. The results of the voting on the flowback proposal are as follows: 62 Total Votes 39 For 16 Against 7 Not returned by deadline (6 for, 1 against) Therefore, the proposal was ratified.
Each Local Chairman with jurisdiction over trainmen extraboards has received a ballot to vote on a proposed Guaranteed Work/Rest Extraboard for conductors.  They have each received the proposed agreement and had the ability to participate in conference calls to ask questions and gain information on this proposal.  Once again, this is a committee-wide vote and the majority will decide whether it passes or fails.  If it passes, it will be in place on every extraboard in this...
Each Local Chairman on this Committee has received a ballot to exercise a vote on a proposed Flowback Agreement. They are due back to the office on February 6th and the majority will determine whether the proposed agreement is ratified or not.
