Early in July, we sent notice to each Local requesting submissions regarding the upcoming Section 6 notice for the upcoming national negotiation process. To date, we have received very few lists. It is imperative to get input from our locals so that this Committee can submit a detailed inclusive list from the suggestions of our locals. After approximately 18 months of refusal to negotiate an on-property agreement by the Carrier, they have agreed to meet again to continue negotiations. As you can see from the pictures, one is above the engineer, one above the conductor, and one in the front window.
