Please be advised that the FRA has issued an updated interpretation of the Hours of Service as it applies to 6th and 7th day starts: If you commence a 6th start from your home terminal, you must be used within 24 hours of arriving at the away from home terminal and will receive 72 hours rest after arriving home. Brothers and Sisters, Attached is a letter detailing the results of the balloting for the Flowback Pilot Project on the Illinois Division. It was ratified 8 for and 3 against, so I will be signing the proposed agreement. However, the BLE still has to finish the ratification process and sign it as well if it passes on their side.
