Below is information in connection with the implementation of a voluntary Flexible Spending Account in connection with the Health and Welfare Coverage.  This will allow paycheck deductions to cover costs incurred for treatment under the Health and Welfare Plan.  Again, this is voluntary and is an excellent option for the membership.
